Having been received free unlimited Lunch Thali from Samdareeya Mall, I called to the given no. The reception said come and have your complementary Thali. Whereas on reporting their office to collect coupon , I have been refused to give coupon stating that the same was limited and out of stock today.
I replied it may be intimated by telephone while contacted but their staff told me that ' it is not their liability to give refreshment, as it's free. and thus so many humilious words like I don't know the meaning of 'Harassment'. etc. etc.
It's very worst experience with samdareeya restaurant authority. So readers' are requested be aware of such menace .
